This page will answer some of your Frequently Asked  Questions.

  • I would like this dress in different colours, is this possible?

Absolutely, please choose your required dress type, and colour scheme. i will use my best judgement as a designer to compliment your colour scheme.

  • Why do I have to give measurements with my order?

Each little girl is different, I require measurements for a perfect fit.

  • How do I measure?

Measurements are taken from under the armpit to the required length, ( knee, ankle, top of foot or floor) I also require a chest measurement which is taken of the fullest part of the chest.

  • My party is not for several months when do I need to order?

Due to the dresses being custom made I require 4-6 weeks to complete orders, however in peak times this can be extended to 6-8 weeks, this will be conveyed during the consultation. An additional rate is applicable for dresses required within 2-4 weeks due to this pushing out deadlines for other orders.

  • I'm worried my child will grow prior to the order being received, how do I measure correctly?

The bodice is of stretchy material, however if you are overly concerned you can add an additional inch to chest and length measurement, this will compensate for those little growth spurts, the dresses look fantastic which ever length, so this really should not be of concern.

  • I see an item is out of stock, can I still order it?

No, if an item is out of stock, i don't have enough material to complete a design, so until such time that I obtain enough of the correct material, this will continue to be out of stock, it will be introduced again, it maybe a slight variant in colour howeve.

  • I saw a design from another designer? can you create it?

No, I  design my own custom made dresses, I will have a consultation with you to obtain your requirements, all dresses will vary due to the nature of fabric and styles.

  • Do you offer a different bodice?

    No, my designs are based on the stretchy bodice, however there is a wide selection of colours to coordinate your design. This has been a choice so that it will always fit your little princess.

  • Do you offer this with different flower design?

Yes, flowers are chosen during the consultation and to achieve your colour scheme.

  • I need a dress sooner, but i dont want to pay the rush payment, can you make an exception?

Being a busy mum, I work on orders after my daughter is in bed, so if I need to move orders to accomodate your express order, this would attract a premium rate.

  • I am an international customer, how do I order?

I currently only supply within the UK, however please consult with us if you have any international enquiries so that we can see if we can assist you any further.

  • I placed my order, when should I expect to hear from you?

I will contact you within six weeks from order, unless specified sooner, when your dress is ready for postage or collection. If I do need to contact you. I shall do this if I have any question or further ideas on the design.

  • What is your return's policy?

I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied please contact me within 48hrs. I will refund you less postage once the dress is reeived in the same condition. all items made to order will receive a 40% restocking fee (all express fees and postage is non refundable). Hint! We have not really had any returns, all the L&PB princesses have been happy! :-)
